Cheech’s Chorizo Chili
1/2 c. olive oil
1 c. chopped onion
1 diced bell pepper
8 oz. sliced mushrooms
2 lbs. Lou's Chorizo sausage
1 c. ketchup
2 - 8 oz. bottles chili sauce
1/2 c. hickory BBQ sauce
2 cans Great Northern beans
1 can red kidney beans
1 tblsp. chili powder

Heat saucepan to medium. Sauté onion, peppers and mushrooms in oil. Add Chorizo and brown. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes.

Top with cheese and serve.
